Pee Wee Classes

General Classes
Open to all ages and experience levels, these classes are ideal for anyone looking to improve fitness while learning boxing fundamentals.
Sessions include pad work, bag work, conditioning exercises, and technical skill development.
Intermediate Classes
A step up in intensity, these classes are designed for participants with some boxing experience. Training focuses on advanced techniques, strength and conditioning, cardio, and higher-intensity workouts.
Fighters Class
Invite-only class for athletes preparing for competition. Training is performance-focused and tailored specifically to competitive boxing development.
Healthy & Active Moreton – Girls Empowerment

A girls-only program for ages 6–12, aimed at encouraging participation in sport while building confidence, resilience, and physical fitness in a safe and supportive environment.

An affordable and accessible morning BoxFit class suitable for all ages and fitness levels, focusing on cardiovascular fitness, strength, and overall wellbeing.
