While partnering with the Moreton Bay Regional Councils Healthy and Active Moreton we are proud to offer a Girls Empowerment Fitness Program for Tweens and Teens. This is a free class that runs from 3:45pm to 4:30pm every Wednesday during school terms. This class features a 15 minute empowering guest speaker followed by a girls self defence fitness class.
